‘Your life plan sounds like the opposite of every game plan I’ve ever heard you formulate.’ ~ Told to Brian Hamilton by Tony Franklin, college coach.

There are 132 college football offensive line coaches—Brian Hamilton is one of them. He joins the LIFE WITHOUT LIMITS podcast with Yogi Roth and takes you inside the journey of college football coaches that we rarely hear.

Amid the flurry of college coaching changes we often hear about the multimillion-dollar contracts and multimillion-dollar buyouts. Brian Hamilton does not fit into either of those categories. Rather, he lives in the middle.

An offensive line coach at Murray State in Kentucky (population 19,000), Brian had been a head coach in major high school football over a decade and the opportunity to be a coach at Cal at 40 years old was offered. He took a leap of faith and is currently the offensive line coach at Murray State and changing that culture.

He shares his unique journey, how he teaches Millennials and what it’s like to seek your life’s purpose in an extremely competitive culture.
